Groundwater Recharge for Year-Round Water Availability in Agriculture

Our aim is to ensure sustainable water availability in agricultural and rural areas. To achieve this, we implement various groundwater recharge methods. Structures such as check dams, contour trenches, soak pits, and gully plugs are built in fields and hilly areas to capture and store rainwater. This water is useful year-round for drinking and irrigation. Farmers are made aware of rainwater harvesting and sustainable water use practices. These efforts help retain soil moisture, improve groundwater levels, and ensure water availability even during dry periods. Our goal is that no field or village faces water scarcity, so farming remains secure and rural life improves.

Nutrition Centers and Nutritious Food for Children in Rural Areas

Nutrition centers are operated in rural areas to provide children and mothers with essential nutritional services. Parents of young children are provided with nutritious and balanced food, which supports their physical and mental development. These centers monitor children’s health and provide them with necessary nutrients and health-related guidance. Through the nutrition centers, awareness is raised in the community, and efforts are made to prevent malnutrition. The goal is to ensure that every child is healthy, strong, and ready for education.

Skill Development and Awareness Training for Youth

Rural youth are being provided with skill development and awareness training to make them self-reliant. These training programs include knowledge and practical guidance in areas such as business, technology, computers, agriculture, handicrafts, and other employable skills. Additionally, youth are made aware of their rights, government schemes, hygiene, environmental issues, and social responsibilities. The training centers provide both theoretical and practical knowledge so that young people can make proper use of their skills. This initiative helps them gain employment, start self-employment ventures, and become economically empowered.

Innovation in Agriculture and Economic Prosperity

At agricultural centers, farmers are provided with information and training on advanced farming techniques. This includes the use of new seed varieties, organic fertilizers, water conservation methods, pest management, and modern agricultural tools. Farmers are taught how to improve crop quality and yield, thereby increasing their income. Additionally, they are guided on connecting with markets and obtaining better prices for their produce. The aim of this initiative is to encourage farmers to adopt sustainable, profitable, and environmentally friendly farming practices and to become economically empowered.

Transforming Marginal Farming: Moti Lal Meena’s Success Story

Moti Lal Meena, a marginal farmer from the Rayala catchment area, supports his family of five — his wife, two daughters, and a son. While his wife manages household work and grazes goats, Moti Lal works as a laborer to sustain the family. Earlier, due to climate change and irregular weather patterns, his crops often failed. However, after participating in agricultural and skill development training, he decided to adopt mixed cropping on his half-bigha farm. Using native fertilizers to enrich the soil, he cultivated urad and maize. Initially, he planted only a small quantity, but with improved techniques and guidance from the training, his farm now yields excellent crops. Today, Moti Lal not only grows crops but also vegetables, which he sells in the market, earning a good income. This initiative has successfully increased his productivity, income, and overall quality of life

Access to Clean Drinking Water in Khedachoda Villages

Access to Clean Drinking Water in Khedachoda Village (With the Help of the Organization) The people of Khedachoda (Vikela) village, part of Adinda Panchayat in Vallabhnagar block of Udaipur district, where the Rawat community lives, mainly depend on agriculture and daily wage labor. Even decades after the country’s independence, the village is still connected by only a kutcha (unpaved) road, which was primarily built by the local residents themselves. For a long time, Khedachoda faced a severe drinking water problem. There were two hand pumps in the village, one of which was non-functional and the other had completely dried up. As a result, villagers, especially women and children, were forced to travel long distances to fetch water. With the help of the organization, a large water tank was constructed in the village, providing over 50 families with clean drinking water through direct tap connections. Now, villagers no longer need to travel far for water. Our small effort has brought new hope to the village, and the people are now moving toward a healthier life and a better future.

Sanitation and Water Solutions for Persons with Disabilities

Creating dignity, access, and independence through basic infrastructure

Improving Lives in Rural Area

In several villages under the Kurabad Panchayat Samiti in Udaipur district, a meaningful initiative has been implemented to improve the lives of persons with disabilities. Lack of sanitation and clean water had made daily life extremely challenging. Through detailed surveys, beneficiaries were identified and supported with accessible toilets, rainwater harvesting tanks, and clean drinking water filters. This initiative has not only reduced hardship but also restored dignity, safety, and independence in their daily lives.

Empowering Farmers Through Organic Farming Awareness and Training Programs

Our organization regularly conducts extensive awareness and training programs in various villages. The primary objective of these initiatives is to motivate farmers toward organic farming and provide them with practical knowledge. During these programs, experts teach farmers how to prepare Jeevamrit using local resources. Farmers also learn about soil fertility, water conservation, and natural farming techniques. Agricultural kits are distributed to help farmers implement what they learn. These include seeds, organic fertilizers, and tools. These efforts are helping farmers reduce costs, improve crop quality, and adopt sustainable practices.
