The organization aims to create opportunities for the social and economic empowerment of rural women.To achieve this objective, the organization promotes livelihood activities such as goat rearing, vegetable cultivation, fodder (hay) production, and dairy development, which are among the primary sources of income in the region. To ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of these initiatives, Apna Sansthan regularly organizes training programs and workshops on livestock management, animal healthcare, dairy management, and dairy marketing.The organization also facilitates beneficiaries' access to Dairy Cooperative Societies and establishes linkages with the Animal Husbandry Department, livestock insurance agencies, and financial institutions. These collaborations enable beneficiaries to obtain technical guidance, livestock insurance, and financial support with greater ease.As a result of these integrated interventions, the incomes of beneficiary households have increased significantly. Their livelihoods have become more secure and sustainable, leading to improvements in their standard of living, economic well-being, and overall social and economic empowerment.
